ShivMitra Traders manufactures all orders to buyer specifications. We do not hold pre-made stock. Because every order is custom produced, our cancellation and refund policy reflects the nature of made-to-order manufacturing.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing the order and confirming payment.
  • The cancellation request will not be accepted if production has already started or materials have been procured for the order.
  • To request a cancellation, email us at teotia2000.tkt@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds

  • If the cancellation is approved (within 48 hours, before production), you will receive a full refund of the advance payment.
  • No refunds once production has started. Custom manufactured goods cannot be resold to other buyers.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Defective or Damaged Goods

  • If you receive goods with a manufacturing defect, report it to us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Send clear photos of the defect, your order number, and a description of the problem to teotia2000.tkt@gmail.com.
  • We will review the complaint and respond within 3 business days.
  • If the defect is confirmed on our end, we will offer replacement goods or a refund at our discretion.

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by the buyer after delivery.
  • Colour or sizing variations that were approved by the buyer in the sample or tech pack stage.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage or delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs. For shipping issues, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number we provide.
We strongly recommend that buyers approve a sample and tech pack before we start bulk production. This avoids disputes over fabric, colour, sizing, and print quality. Samples can be sent by courier before bulk production begins.
