Shipping & Delivery

ShivMitra Traders ships all orders internationally through registered courier companies. We do not ship domestically within India as we work exclusively with international B2B buyers.

Shipping Partners

All international shipments are sent through DHL Express or FedEx International. Both provide door-to-door delivery with tracking.

Delivery Timelines

• Production takes 30 to 45 days from order confirmation and receipt of advance payment.
• After production, shipping to Europe (Ireland, UK, EU) takes 15 to 30 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
• Total delivery time from order confirmation = production time + shipping transit time.

Shipping Cost

• Shipping cost is calculated for each order based on weight, volume, and destination.
• The cost is included in the commercial invoice we send with your quote before you confirm the order.
• There are no hidden shipping charges.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• All customs duties, import taxes, and VAT at the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
• These charges are not included in our pricing or invoice.
• We provide all necessary export documents (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin) to help with customs clearance.

Tracking

• A tracking number is shared by email once the shipment is dispatched.
• You can track your shipment on the DHL or FedEx website using the tracking number.

Packaging

All goods are packed in export-grade cartons with individual poly bags for each piece. Custom packaging (branded bags, tissue paper, hang tags) is available on request at extra cost.

Conditions

• We do not dispatch any shipment until the 50% advance payment is confirmed.
• Remaining 50% must be paid before shipment is dispatched.
• Delivery to the address provided by the buyer. We are not responsible if the address is incorrect.
