For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, "we", "us", "our" refers to SHIVMITRA TRADERS, a sole proprietorship whose registered and operational office is at 44-A, Mundian Kalan, Chandigarh Road, Hari Nagar, Ludhiana, Punjab 141015, India. "You", "your", "buyer" refers to any business or individual who contacts us through this website or agrees to purchase from us.

Your use of this website and any purchase from us are governed by the following terms.

1. Nature of Business

• ShivMitra Traders is a B2B wholesale garment manufacturer and exporter. We sell only in bulk to business buyers.
• We do not sell to individual consumers. Minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per style.
• This website does not process any payments or transactions. All orders and payments are handled directly between the buyer and ShivMitra Traders via email and bank transfer.

2. Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment is required before we start production.
• Remaining 50% is due before the shipment is dispatched.
• Payments are accepted via international bank transfer (wire transfer) only.
• All prices are quoted in the currency agreed at the time of order confirmation.

3. Order Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed only upon written email confirmation from the buyer and receipt of advance payment.
• Verbal agreements, WhatsApp messages, or phone calls do not constitute a confirmed order.
• It is the buyer's responsibility to verify all product specifications (fabric, colour, size, print) before confirming the order.

4. Ownership & Risk

• Goods remain the property of ShivMitra Traders until full payment has been received.
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once goods are handed over to the shipping carrier (DHL or FedEx).

5. Buyer Responsibilities

• The buyer is responsible for all import duties, customs clearance, and local taxes at the destination country.
• The buyer must provide accurate delivery address and contact details for shipping.
• The buyer must ensure they have the necessary import licences and permits for their country.

6. Website Content

• The content of this website is subject to change without notice.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information on this website. Product images and descriptions are for reference only.
• Your use of any information on this website is at your own risk.
• The design, layout, and content of this website are owned by ShivMitra Traders. You may not copy or reproduce them without our written permission.

7. Liability

• ShivMitra Traders is not liable for delays caused by customs processing, courier service disruptions, or force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, wars, pandemics).
• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the value of the specific order in question.
• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from delays or defects.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Any dispute arising from use of this website or purchase from us is subject to the laws of India.
• Exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings shall be the courts of Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
• Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes directly before pursuing legal action.
